Dear Jianye YAN:

I regret to inform you that your paper has not been accepted for presentation at the * 2009 – La * Workshop. This year we received about 120 applications, many of which of very high quality, and so we were forced to make painful choices and exclude some excellent papers. In particular, we decided to give higher priority to submissions by younger researcher who have not been on the market already and do not have senior coauthors.

On behalf of the organizers, I would like to thank you for your interest in our workshop and wish you all the best.

    Akerlof\’s breaking through paper is denied by several big journals. However that cannot hurdle his success, but leave an anecdote.

    But for most of us, only anecdotes are left without even a sign of success!
